By authenticating, you grant us permission to access your basic user information and to send chat messages on your behalf, as per the scopes requested during the authorization process. We do not store your Kick.com password. Your authentication is handled through secure tokens provided by Kick.com.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate Kick.com's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service or of Kick.com.
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall KickTheater, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
